Installation

Installing refrigeration or air conditioning in premises that are in use is first a question of organisation. The work is planned around your activity.

What we install

New build, extension or replacement of ageing equipment: the work starts from an on-site survey and a clearly stated need.

We support all refrigeration and HVAC installations. Smoke extraction and general plumbing are outside our scope.

Chilled and freezer cold rooms

Storage of fresh, frozen or laboratory products, with a unit matched to the volume and the real use of the room.

Condensing units and refrigeration racks

Replacement of ageing units, choice of refrigerants that will remain available in the long term, control and temperature monitoring.

Cooling for wine cellars, barrel halls and tank rooms

Temperature control of storage and winemaking areas, with work scheduled outside the harvest period.

Air conditioning, ventilation and kitchen extraction

Comfort in offices, shops and hotels, sizing and installation of kitchen hood extraction, technical rooms and server rooms, with sizing that avoids excess consumption.

CO2 and propane heat pumps

Replacement of oil or gas boilers with CO2 (R744) or propane (R290) heat pumps, with an eligibility study for energy savings certificates (CEE). The choice of refrigerant depends on the water temperature required and on the site. More than ten years of experience with natural refrigerants.

Humidity control

Meat maturation, clean and white rooms, chocolate storage, artwork conservation: we design the control system to hold humidity as well as temperature.

By type of activity

Winemaking

Cellar and tank temperatures, peak loads at harvest, work scheduled outside critical periods.

Food processing

Freezer rooms, cold chain and hygiene requirements, business continuity during the work.

Hospitality

Chilled and freezer cold rooms, kitchen hood extraction, work organised to limit downtime in the kitchen or the service.

Pharmacies

Storage units between 2 and 8 °C, with temperature monitoring suited to the requirements of the profession.

How an installation project runs

Five steps, in this order, with a single point of contact. The duration depends on the scope of the project and is stated in our proposal.

  1. Visit and survey

Inspection of the premises, access and power supply constraints, survey of what exists and collection of your needs. The visit is free.

  2. Study and priced proposal

Sizing, choice of equipment and refrigerant, and a detailed quote that you can compare. Usually delivered within a week.

  3. Planning

A schedule built around your activity: season, service, deliveries, closures.

  4. Installation and testing

Installation, connections, pressurisation, leak testing and operating tests.

  5. Commissioning and documentation

Adjustments and handover, then delivery of diagrams, manuals and installation follow-up documents.

After commissioning

A warranty of at least one year

It comes on top of the manufacturer's warranty and can be extended on request, subject to agreement.

Servicing and maintenance contracts

Offered case by case, according to your installation and your needs.

Responsive breakdown service

Fast response for customers under contract. For others, an emergency is considered case by case, subject to our availability.
